INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Plaza Travel agents receive ongoing training in international tariffs, current airfare promotions, routings and travel restrictions. Pertinent information will be supplied to all internationally bound travelers, such as medical requirements, rates of exchange, weather conditions and State Department advisories.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
All travelers are advised of any necessary travel documents for an international destination. We will assist in obtaining visas and expediting the issuance of passports when requested. Updated visa and passport requirements for every country are stored in our database.

FREQUENT TRAVELER PROFILES
Plaza Travel retains a personal file program for each of our frequent travelers. The profile allows agents to store pertinent travel information that is required every time a client makes a reservation, such as preferred method of payment, frequent flyer numbers, special meal requirements, seat preference, as well as hotel and car rental preferences. Plaza Travel recommends that anyone making at least three to four reservations per year complete a profile.

GETTING YOUR TICKETS
For time savings, ease and potential lack of misplacement, more and more travelers today utilize electronic tickets, or e-tickets. We offer you the choice, and will issue paper tickets if requested.

PREPAID TICKETS
Prepaid tickets are available for travel originating from almost any city in the world, on almost any airline. Prepaids can also be issued for last minute reservations.

SERVICE FEES
Our fee schedule remains one of the most competitive in the travel industry with ticketing fees from $10.00 and up, depending on the service provided.

MESSENGER AND OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Plaza Travel provides messenger delivery of documents to local business addresses within 24-hours, free of charge. For deliveries out of the local area or same day special deliveries we have regularly scheduled pick-ups for Federal Express, Airborne Express and UPS. If you have an account with one of these services and provide us with your account number, we would be happy to use the service of your choice. We also have local messenger service for same day delivery that can be billed to your credit card.

PREFERRED HOTEL PROGRAM
Plaza Travel maintains corporate and preferred negotiated rates with hundreds of hotels worldwide, many featuring added perks such as upgrades upon arrival, early check-in and welcome amenities. We negotiate based on our clients most traveled cities and can arrange special rates at your most frequented hotels.

CAR RENTALS
By utilizing special car rental rates, your travelers will be eligible for priority check-in and airline mileage credit to the renter's frequent flyer account. Plaza Travel can arrange a corporate discount program for you with one or more of the major car rental companies.

MEET AND GREET SERVICE
We have relationships and special negotiated rates with many local and international Limousine and Car Service providers, based on a long history together of dependable, reliable service and value.
