Traveling. It leaves you speechless then turns you into a storyteller.
It's October! Fall is here, the holidays are approaching quickly, and with more time spent with family and friends, sometimes we find it difficult to take long vacations.

This month, we'll tell you about a few of the best close-to-home "staycation" spots for quick and relaxing getaways, recommend some of our favorite books to read while traveling, and show you what our Vice President has in his carry-on at all times!
What's in my carry-on?
"I travel a lot; sometimes for work, sometimes for fun.  Some trips last just a few hours, others up to a month. Regardless of where I’m going or for how long, I always take my favorite backpack as a carry-on..."
Stay-ca-tion: a vacation spent at home or nearby
We’ve all found ourselves in the position of wanting to get away, but just not having the time to go on a “real” vacation. A short staycation can be just as relaxing, sometimes even more so. No airports to deal with, no cancelled flights, no rental cars, etc. Just a short drive and the vacation begins. We’re very lucky here in Southern California to have so many great resorts within just a few hours’ drive.
Win an Air-Inclusive 6-night African Safari for Two! Entry Deadline is 12/31/16.
These are not travel books. They won’t tell you what to see, which restaurant is the best, or how to get from point A to point B, but they're set in cities that many of our clients travel to. Most are written with details that add some color - and maybe a different perspective - to the sights and sounds of some of the top travel destinations around the world.
Our last Global Entry Day on 8/31/16 was a HUGE success! Watch for our next Global Entry Day reminder early next year so you can skip the lines next time you're at the airport!
