My Journey with Plaza Travel began on March 8th 2001. I was hired as a Receptionist and from that time the Orens family has allowed me to learn and grow. I was moved to an Administrative Position in 2004. I assisted with admin duties, ranging from ordering Office Supplies to helping agents with busy work, so they could focus on Sales.

I read anything I could get my hands on to increased my knowledge of the Travel Industry and took many on-line tutorials. I also got the benefit of learning from some of the best agents in the travel industry. Asking questions of my agents to gain the knowledge needed to take on further challenges. I was taught the fine art of the ADM and started to learn how to read Commission Contracts.

I was Cross trained on the ARC report to cover the Accounting Department when needed. When a position became available, I was promoted to the Accounting Department in 2010. The promotion put me in charge of running the ARC report for Plaza Travel. I am Certified thru the Airline Reporting Corporation as an ARC Specialist.

Plaza Travel has grown so much since my first day back in 2001. The Orens Family has continued to challenge me and offer new opportunities for growth. I could not imagine working for another company or leaving the Plaza Travel Family.

In my personal time I enjoy camping, hiking, going to concerts and watching football.
