Is it July already? I thought it was only about March… yes, time does fly by quicker than it used to! We continue to get feedback from clients about how busy airports and planes are, and how enjoyable it’s been to travel with far less restrictions than the last few years. While everyone thought travel demand would decline, that has not been the case. I continue to share with my friends and clients that now is the time to book anything you want to do. Generally, the price isn’t going to go down, but the available space will, and that will leave you with a cabin or room at a higher price than before (if there’s any space at all). Some of our most preferred in-destination experts around the world are telling us the summer is sold out, or not to expect rates or availability for three to four weeks. And that’s not because of poor service, it’s because of a very high level of demand.
Three months ago, we booked clients on a Japan cruise that’s departing this October and we booked the last remaining cabins on the ship. Travelers have been booking years out, and now cruise lines are starting to open sailings for 2026. Yes, 2026! If you think time goes by fast now, 2026 will be here before you know it, and all the best space and rates will be booked in the next few months as well.
We’ve been traveling too, and enjoying (mostly) every minute of it! Nothing is seamless, but with proper planning and matching your needs with available space, we can make it as seamless as possible. Flexibility is the new word for travel. While flights may be a challenge at times, when you get to your destination, all the travel hassles melt away.
